Bar 500 - West Coast-inspired small plates, the restaurant menu is created from the freshest local ingredients and served in a setting that reflects the hotel’s modern style. Enjoy the warmth and glow of the stone fireplace in the cooler months, or dine al fresco on the patio when the weather’s warm. The intimate Lounge is a casual option for sipping a cocktail or a fine local wine or beer. The live entertainment is local, too. Bar 500 hosts live music every Thursday night. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Resturant is open Wednesday - Sunday.

The beautifully designed suites feature contemporary furnishings and décor, as well as oversized windows offering magnificent views of the harbour, the beautifully lit city, the sweeping ocean and Olympic Mountain panoramas.
Studio suites -
Have a queen size bed, flat-screen television and a fully equipped kitchenette, along with a desk and wireless internet access. The suites are open concept with a dining table and large bathrooms with deep soaker tubs and separate shower, mood lighting, and plush robes and towels. Our average studio suite is 420 square feet and most have a private patio with beautiful views of the historic surrounding neighbourhood.
One Bedroom Standard Suite –
Has a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed and flat-screen television. These suites also include a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and a large living space with a queen-size pull-out sofa bed, flat-screen television and dining area. Take in panoramic city views from the large patio.
One Bedroom Premium Suite -
Located on the seventh floor (and above), these suites offer panoramic mountain, city and ocean views. Facilities are the same as the One bedroom Standard Suites.
Two Bedroom Standard Suite -
Spacious and contemporary, these feature two bedrooms with a queen-size bed and flat-screen television in each room and two bathrooms with soaker tubs and separate showers. These suites also include a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and a large living space with a queen-size pull-out sofa bed, flat-screen television, dining area and balcony access.
Two Bedroom Premium Suite -
Located on the seventh floor (and above), these suites offer panoramic mountain, city and ocean views. Facilities are the same as the Two bedroom Standard Suites.
Two Bedroom Boutique Suite -
Located on the top floor, these deluxe suites provide magnificent ocean, mountain and city views. They feature two bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and flat-screen television; two bathrooms with soaker tubs and separate showers; and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Amenities in the large living space include a pull-out sofa bed, flat-screen television and dining area. The large balcony holds up to 25 people — perfect for a small reception.
The fully equipped kitchens in all One- and Two-Bedroom Suites include: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and oven, plus a variety of dishes, cookware and utensils.
