One of our favourite fishing spots in Canada is Campbell river, a coastal city in British Columbia on the east coast of Vancouver Island. Campbell River is home to the deep-swimming "Chinook" also known as Springs or King Salmon, who gather yearly to feed on herring and needlefish. Millions of migrating salmon also travel through Campbell River on their way to spawn in their birth river. Campbell River is only one of many five-star fishing locations in Western Canada.
