Holiday Overview
Fly from the UK to Toronto for a 6 night stay in this wonderful city. Take the opportunity to visit Niagara Falls (ask for details) or have some retail therapy or simply relax and enjoy!
There is so much to see and do in Toronto so here are a few recommended suggestions from our Canada Experts:
The Rogers Centre - home of the Toronto Blue Jays baseball team, is well worth a visit if you’re an avid sports fan.
A must for all kids big and small, is Canada Wonderland - only half an hour from Toronto and features the most amazing rides...this is one of Laura's favourites.
An hours’ drive north of Toronto is Lake Muskoka. - one of the top 20 places in the world to see' says National Geographic. Loads to do and see here so, when visiting Toronto, definitely add this to your list
Why not add on a walking tour of the historic Distillery District, after working up an appetite stop off at the Beer Bistro - 18 King St East, where different beers are recommended with each course...not that good if you don’t like beer but superb if you do.
If you fancy a picnic and/or a visit to the beach which, of course, everyone does, there are water taxis and ferries which will take you out to the Toronto Islands - havens of peace and tranquillity, not to mention the breathtaking scenery across to the city and the iconic CN Tower!
You also have Toronto's newest attraction - Arcadia Earth, this multi-sensory journey will blow you away. You will journey through underwater worlds, fantasy lands, and inspirational art installations designed to reimagine the way we address the most pressing environmental issues of our time.
