Cape Brenton Island
Staying in Cape Brenton Island you are surrounded by spectacular coastal scenery, natural beauty and friendly locals. From Cape Brenton Island you can explore the Cabot Trail one of Canada’s most scenic drives. Discover the hidden wonders of Nova Scotia as you hike through the multitude of trails throughout the Cabot Trail. The 298km long trail completes a loop round the northern tip where you can view waterfalls, rocky coastlines and sandy beaches.
Kejimkujik National Park
Located on the upland area of Nova Scotia, Kejimkujik National Park is rich in history and culture with links to the Mi’kmaq people. During the day enjoy hiking, canoeing, wildlife spotting and look out for Mi’kmaq rock-art as it reveals thousands of years of history. As the sun sets enjoy the views from above as the stars dazzle in the night sky as Kejimkujik National Park is a designated Dark Sky Preserve.

The Citadel is the perfect place to learn about Nova Scotia’s history, this star shaped fortress was built to defend Halifax Harbour, enjoy a guided tour to gain insightful information. From Halifax don’t miss a day trip to Peggy’s Cove to see the iconic lighthouse.
