What to expect after booking your TripsBeyond holiday.
Once you have paid a deposit your booking confirmation will be issued. This will detail what you have booked with your consultant. Please refer to your booking confirmation for information until your final travel documents can be issued.
Your finalised travel documentation will be posted to you approximately two weeks prior to departure. These are sent once all documents from individual suppliers have been issued, collated, and confirmed.

You may note on your documents that some tours may require reconfirming. Direct phone numbers are supplied and can be confirmed when you are on the road. The hotel concierge at your hotel will be happy to assist with this.
