The resort appears regularly in "Best of" lists from around the globe, winning for its incomparable skiing and boarding, as well as for its hotels, restaurants and golf courses. Whistler became even more world-renowned as the site of the alpine and Nordic venues for the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.

Below is a small selection of the tours we can organise for you when you have booked your Canada holiday with us and are visiting Whistler.

Discover this spectacular 20,000 sq ft outdoor spa, spread over three acres of natural land and overlooking Whistler's incredible landscape. The Scandinave Spa Whistler offers the Scandinavian baths experience, also known as hydrotherapy. This year-round refreshing activity cleanses the body and skin improving blood circulation and physical conditioning. It produces the effect of increased wellness and intense relaxation. Occurring in three stages, just a few hours are required to fully enjoy the benefits of hydrotherapy. In sequence, first heat the body in the Eucalyptus steam bath, hot baths or wood burning Finnish sauna. Then, cool the body quickly in the Nordic waterfall, cold plunges or shower. Finally, relax in the solariums, hammocks, on a terrace. For the ultimate relaxation, enjoy a Swedish or Deep tissue (available at extra cost).

Enjoy a 75-minute scenic mountainous helicopter flight from Whistler to the ancient Mount Meager Volcano. A quick stop at the Volcano to discover the deep cavern venting steam fringed by dramatic backdrops. You will then be transported over the formations of ancient glaciers to enjoy the rare beauty of glacial caverns. Enjoy the interpretive tour by a highly trained guide as they walk you through the blue rooms & multiple tunnels of azure blue crystalline formations and impressive vaulted ceilings of ancient remote ice caves. Total travel time to/from the ice caves is 75 minutes return. This year-round experience includes lunch (set up in one of the ice caves).

Experience the Whistler Olympic Park like it's your own private oasis as you explore the 2010 Legacy Trail network. Immerse yourself in a pristine, intact ecosystem in which mother bears, cubs, and males searching for mates, roam freely and untagged, providing spectacular viewing and photography opportunities. You"ll be amazed by the Olympic rings, biathlon, and training facilities, all in the heart of where our resident black bear population eats, sleep, mate and raise their young. Experience private lakes, lookouts, waterfalls, bear dens, tracks and tree markings, and feast on berries straight from the bush.

Venture up to Whistler's best viewing area for a famous alpine sunset and leave the day behind you. Relax and breathe in fresh alpine air at 6,000ft. Nesting alpine birds sing a chorus while nature gets ready for bed. Be one of the lucky few to enjoy the unique Alpine Glow as the sun slips behind the snowy peaks of the Coast Mountain Range. Sit back and take it all in as you descend through the peaceful dusk of evening to the sparkling lights of Whistler Village.

Journey high among the treetops on a spectacular network of suspension bridges, suspended stairways, boardwalks and trails on the TreeTrek Canopy Walk. You'll explore the magnificent old-growth rainforest and enjoy stunning vistas on this unique adventure. Perfect for all ages with no ziplining required.

Explore the magnificent Callaghan Valley on Canadian's Wild West Jeep adventure. Your professional driver will lead you on a journey of discovery in one of our 4x4 Jeep Rubicons. While traveling up the Olympic Highway you will likely see bears and other wildlife. Head up mountain trails past an abandoned historical mine site, travel deep into an old growth forest with trees as old as 1000 years, and stop to view the impressive 140 ft Alexander Falls.

Duration: 30 minutes with a 20 minute flight

The perfect introduction to seaplane aviation – take your first flight on floats! Depart Green Lake, leaving a spray of water behind as you rise over the valley, exploring Whistler Village and venues of the 2010 Winter Olympic Games from above. Also spotted on this tour is the spectacular Brandywine Falls, a magnificent 230 metre waterfall that is truly unforgettable.

Duration: 24 minutes in the air with a 15 minute glacier landing

This popular tour begins with a flight over the Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains, followed by a spectacular flight to Cheakamus Glacier, and takes in the raw volcanic beauty of Black Tusk. For a little more magic, your pilot will touch down on Rainbow Glacier, where you will take an unforgettable 12,000 year walk back in time! This tour combines adventure, education, and a desire to return you won't be able to shake.

Destined to set the new standard for the ultimate zipline experience, this thrilling and ground breaking addition to the Ziptrek family is sure to be a massive hit. Currently the longest zipline in Canada at over 2km long, the Sasquatch launches from high up on Blackcomb Mountain and runs over 600ft above ground to mid-mountain on Whistler.
Ziptrek provides each guest with a harness, helmet, and zipline pulley.

This tour features 4 delicious courses at four award winning Whistler restaurants: Bearfoot Bistro, Hy's Steakhouse, Quattro, Rocky Mountain Chocolate and FireRock Lounge. Included is a visit to an impressive 20,000-bottle wine cellar where guests learn to saber champagne. If you are looking to treat yourself to Whistler's best fine dining, this is the tour for you. Also includes a fun poker theme with trivia and prizes (no experience necessary).

Duration: 3 hours in total, 2 hours traveling with the water current

This adventure paddle takes you from Alta Lake to Green Lake along a slow moving crystal clear class 1 river. The mountain views are spectacular as you navigate your way down river through a wetlands area, viewing an abundance of waterfowl and bird life along the way. Choose between a canoe or a kayak, for a guided or self guided tour.
Subject to water level and paddling ability levels will allow us to decide if your tour can be a guided or self guided river tour.

The record-breaking Peak 2 Peak Gondola links Blackcomb and Whistler Mountains and is accessible via the Whistler Village Gondola in Whistler Village. A feat of engineering, the gondola boasts the longest unsupported lift span in the world (3.024 kms/1.88 miles). It is also the highest lift of its kind with an elevation of 436 metres (1,427 ft). Sightseeing on the Peak 2 Peak Gondola is a must do while in Whistler.

The gondola allows you to visit Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains in one day, on the way receiving a bird's eye view of the forest and spectacular mountains, valleys and glaciers. A special silver glass-bottom gondola provides a unique perspective of the forest.

At the top of Whistler mountain try the Peak Suspension Bridge which is 427-ft-long (130 meters) long and at the peak of Whistler Mountain, at an elevation of about 7,200 ft above sea level. This bridge is one of the highest elevation suspension bridges in the world.

This popular flight features the area's highlights. Enjoy a bird's eye view of Whistler Resort, Blackcomb and Whistler Mountains and "the best of Garibaldi Park". The views encompass the coastal range as far as the eye can see, including glacial flows, peaks, rivers and glacier fed lakes. Blackcomb Helicopters provides complimentary ground transfers between Whistler Village and the heliport.
